PURPOSE: A rotary handle connection structure for a vacuum cleaner is provided to prevent a suction hose from being twisted by rotatably connecting a handle to an extension tube. CONSTITUTION: In a vacuum cleaner, a handle(3) is rotatably connected to the end of an extension tube(4). A plurality of through holes(303) are formed at the outer circumference of the end part of the handle. A guide groove(41) is formed at the outer circumference of the end part of the extension tube. A connection member(60) includes a plurality of coupling protrusions(62), and is coupled to the handle. And, the coupling protrusions are inserted into the guide groove through the through holes.
