PURPOSE: A device and a method for executing user authentication using the internet domain information are provided to integratedly authenticate a user of domains, even if the user changes a domain, the authentication process is performed automatically. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to the communication network using user terminal(11-13). A user authentication device(20) authenticates user accepted at the same database, and process authentication automatically according to domain change. The user authentication device(20) includes a domain identification part(21) , an authentication processing part(22), an authentication key generating part(23), an authentication confirming part(24), and an authentication result storing part(25).
