摘要 PURPOSE: A hydraulic control system of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to improve shift quality and perform skip shifting from 1 to 3-range by controlling an assembling clutch and a release clutch independently in shifting from 2 to 3-range or 4 to 3-range. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control system of an automatic transmission comprises a shift control valve(24) controlled by two solenoid valves; a manual valve interlocking with a select lever according to operation of a driver; a rear clutch converting the passage according to hydraulic pressure from first and second pressure control valves, and operating hydraulic pressure at forward 1,2 or 3-range; a kickdown brake operating at forward 2 or 4-range; a front clutch operating at forward 3-range or reverse range; an end clutch operating at forward 3 or 4-range; plural spool valves supplying hydraulic pressure to a low-reverse brake; a 2-3/4-3 shift valve(34) controlled by 3 or 4-speed pressure to switch the passage for selectively supply 3-speed pressure or hydraulic pressure of the second pressure control valve to the rear clutch and the front clutch; and a 4-3 shift valve(36) controlled by pressure of the end clutch or the front clutch to supply hydraulic pressure from the 2-3/4-3 shift valve through the rear clutch release valve to the rear clutch.
