The invention relates to a swivel arrangement for a banner or the like including a closed spring wire loop and a connector for the free ends thereof, the ends being swivelable with respect to each other and/or the connector. The connector may be in the form of a double ended ferrule, or ball and socket joint, and permits the barrier or the like to be folded for storage without the ends of the wire loop coming free. |
