V TYPE SPINNING BASE CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING FIBER HAVING EXCELLENT CRIMP PROPERTY AND TEXTURE LIKE NATURAL FIBER

PURPOSE: A 'V' type spinning base is characterized by containing spinning nozzles of over three having different bend angles and bend shape transformational rates to manufacture multifilament containing filaments having different crimp numbers. Fiber manufactured by the same is characterized by having great difference of birefringence rates between a middle part of wing and an end part of wing, having excellent crimp property and having excellent texture like natural fiber. CONSTITUTION: A 'V' type spinning nozzle contains spinning nozzles of over three having different bend angles and bend shape transformational rates. The bend angles(&thgr;) is 20-170degree and the bend shape transformational rates(B/A) is 2-20. A is length of a middle. B is length between the middle part of wing and the end part of wing.
