PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to have a lowered rejection rate and stable actuation during manufacture by ensuring stable electric conductivity between opposite terminals and suppressing resistance change, capacitance change and short circuit between adjacent terminals even when an interval between the terminals is narrowed. CONSTITUTION: A particle diameter(D) of electrically conductive particles(1) is adjusted as 1/3 or less and 1μm or more of an adjacent terminal interval(Ws) in a terminal group(18B,18C). Electrically conductive particles have an electrically conductive layer covered by an electrically conductive coating. The electrically conductive coating is removed in a portion contacted with the opposite terminal group, and the terminal group and the electrically conductive layer are contacted to the portion contacted with the terminal group.
