PURPOSE: Provided are an Adenovirus vector with a telomerase promoter associated with cancer occurrence and a method for using the same for anti-cancer treatment. CONSTITUTION: An Adenovirus expression vector pS-hTERT-TK is produced by using an expression cassette consisting of suicide gene HSV-TK, as late polyadenylation signal for human telomerase hTERT promoter and bovine growth hormone(BGH). Adenovirus clone Ad-hT-TK(KCCM 10387) is used for anti-cancer gene therapy.
