PURPOSE: An outdoor information communication equipment having a heat exchanger is provided to prevent a base station signal processing system from corroding and erroneously operating due to salt and dust by forcibly sucking in air after filtering salt and dust. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) of an equipment includes an air intake port(216) and an air discharge port(217) to suck in and discharge air. An air filter(124) is installed at the air intake port(216) for filtering the air. A self-module is installed inside the main body(100) of the equipment and includes a base station signal processing system processing predetermined signals. A heat exchanger(300) is installed at the air discharge port for selectively heating or cooling an inner temperature of the main body(100) of the equipment to smoothly drive the base station signal processing system.
