PURPOSE: A heat-resisting strong water pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the length of the pipe from being deformed by the temperature change. CONSTITUTION: Polyethylene is mixed with an additives and an adhesive to form tubes. Fillers are formed with a mixture of waste synthetic resin materials, stone powder, wood powder, and glass powder. Band members(2a,3a) are formed using the mixture to have junctions(20,30) sloped at upper and lower surfaces. The junctions of the band members are superposed to form an inner tube(2). A block member(40) has a first junction in a step shape and a second junction in a reverse step shape formed of the fillers. The block members form a filling layer(4) with displacing the junctions on the inner tube. The band members are displaced on the filling layer to form an outer tube(3).
