PURPOSE: A VDC(Vehicle Dynamic Control) system of a vehicle is provided to quickly and correctly control position states of the vehicle when the length of a shock absorber is bumped or rebounded to the position variation of the vehicle and to improve riding comfort and a safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A VDC system of a vehicle is composed of a shock absorber(10), a magnetic coil(21), a permanent magnet(22), magneto-rheological fluid(23), a signal converter(24), and an amplifier(25). The shock absorber includes a cylinder(2) comprising inner and outer cans(2a,2b) and a piston(3) and a piston rod(4) for vertically moving in the cylinder. The magnetic coil is wound around a constant area on an outer peripheral surface of the inner can. The permanent magnet is inserted and mounted to the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod. The magneto-rheological fluid is filled in the cylinder. The signal converter and the amplifier apply induced electromotive force generated to the rectilinear reciprocating motions of the piston rod to the magneto-rheological fluid.
