PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a banner is provided to fix easily the banner by improving a fixing structure for fixing the banner. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a banner includes a rope(5), a molded plastic holder(1), a spring(2), and a fixing ring(3). The rope(5) is inserted into the outside of a banner(4). The outside of the banner(4) including the rope(5) is sewed by using a sewing machine. The molded plastic holder(1) is inserted into the sewed part of the banner(4). A pipe or the rope(5) is inserted into the molded plastic holder(1). The pipe or the rope(5) is extracted from a side portion of the banner(4). The spring(2) is inserted into a side groove of the molded plastic holder(1). The fixing ring(3) is used for inserting the spring(2) into the side groove of the molded plastic holder(1).
