摘要 PURPOSE: A top emission type organic electro-luminescent device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance the optical efficiency by forming a packaging layer and a contact pattern with siloxane derivatives and thermosetting resin, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A top emission type organic electro-luminescent device includes an organic electro-luminescent layer(112), a packaging layer(114), and a contact pattern(116). The organic electro-luminescent layer(112) is formed on a display region of an upper portion of a substrate(110). The packaging layer(114) is formed on the organic electro-luminescent layer(112). The packaging layer(114) is formed with siloxane derivatives. The contact pattern(116) is formed around the packaging layer(114) and a contact portion of an edge of the substrate(110). The contact pattern(116) is formed with thermosetting resin.
