PURPOSE: A method for coating vehicle bodies is provided, to improve the coating quality by examining the polishing mark of the surface of coating by a polishing process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S10) removing the impurities adhered to vehicle bodies and forming a phosphate film on an iron sheet; (S20) coating the internal and external surfaces of vehicle bodies with an electrodeposition paint; (S30) coating a seal to a joining part; (S40) intermediate coating the vehicles bodies ; (S50) top coating the vehicle bodies; (S60) examining the exterior of the vehicle bodies with the naked eye; (S70) fixing the surface of coating; and (S80) examining the polishing mark with a naked eye by using the light source of a metal halide lamp in a dark room if the fixing is performed by polishing process. |
