PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing antibacterial or anticoagulant polymer by blending a polymer resin and at least one kind of pharmaceutically active substance in no solvent system. The polymer has anti-bacterial activity and is safe from toxicity due to elution, even when molding it at high temperature, . CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of antibacterial or anticoagulant polymer resin comprises: a step of adding 0.1-30wt.% of antibacterial substance or 0.1-20wt.% of anticoagulant material, to a polymer resin, respectively; adding at least one additive selected from a group of dispersant, antioxidant and heat stabilizer; and molding and processing the mixture in a no solvent system.
