PURPOSE: A method for processing wire and wireless call path in premises and a Bluetooth local area telephone system using the same are provided to realize a wireless voice service of the good quality through Bluetooth telephone call by adding an access point, a database system, and a call path analyzer. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a telephone number of an incoming call is a wire telephone number(301-303). If so, it is judged whether a Bluetooth mobile terminal of a receiver is adjacent to a terminal of the corresponding wire telephone number(305). If the telephone number of the incoming call is a wireless telephone number or the Bluetooth mobile terminal of the receiver is not adjacent to the terminal of the corresponding wire telephone number, it is judged whether the corresponding Bluetooth mobile terminal is in Bluetooth premises(309). The call is connected to the wire telephone, the Bluetooth mobile terminal, or a general mobile terminal(307,311,313).
