INK JET PRINT HEAD AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ink jet print head and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the ink jet print head and to generate bubbles at low power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An insulation layer(20) is formed on an upper surface of a substrate(10). A heater(30) is formed at a center of the insulation layer(20). Conductors(30a) are provided at both sides of the heater(30) in order to feed current to the heater(30). A passivation layer(40) is formed on the heater(30) and the conductors(30a) so as to protect the heater(30) and the conductors(30a). The passivation layer(40) is formed through a sputtering process. A fluid path plate(60) is formed on the passivation layer(40). The fluid path plate(60) provides an ink chamber(60a) and an ink feeding route. An inter-metal layer(80) is formed at an upper surface of the fluid path plate(60), an inner wall of the ink chamber(60a) and an upper surface of the passivation layer(40).
