PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a health promotion plate adhered on mat, which emits anion/cation and far-infrared, and which can activate a blood circulation of human body and promote a health, and which blocks water vein and harmful electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a health promotion plate(20) adhered on mat(10) at regular intervals, comprises the steps of (i) blending 40% of loess powder, 30% of volcanic ash, 10% of elvan powder, 10% of zeolite powder, and 10% of germanium powder, (ii) charging the mixture into mold, and (iii) introducing the molded product into kiln and firing the product at 1800 deg.C. The plate shows air purification function, induces a smooth blood circulation, and thus relieves a fatigue of human, or activates a living body such as waist, joint, and so on.
