PURPOSE: To provide an information delivery device for delivering a present service status to a user who will use a section overlapping with a section in which a service diagram is not maintained due to a failure or an accident of a train. CONSTITUTION: An information delivery device 21 specifies a route from a starting station to a destination station by acquring the destination station of a passenger who has entered a station 1, and if there is a transferring station on the specified route, specifies the transfer station in addition to the specified route. When the delivery device 21 acknowledges a failure-occurrence section in which the service diagram is not maintained, the delivery device 21 determines whether the route from the transfer station to the destination station includes the failure-occurrence section or not, and delivers the present service status of the failure-occurrence section to a registered person 5 whose route has been determined to include the failure-occurrence section.
