PURPOSE: A portable computer-based device is provided to emulate mouse/key inputs for other device, and transmit the mouse/key inputs to a computer to be controlled remotely. CONSTITUTION: A PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)(1) includes an interface(5) selectively comprising a wireless or infrared Internet. The PDA operates a touch screen and a touch pad(2) used as an input component for setting a mouse position of the second computer-based device. The PDA includes an entire keypad display at a lower part(3) of the touch screen. The display is selected by contacting with a sharp object and is independently transmitted to the second computer-based device through the PDA. Mouse position setting keys(4) of the PDA move a mouse cursor of the second computer-based device to each predetermined position quickly.
