SAND SEPARATING PLANT

PURPOSE: Provided is a plant for separating sands in dimension by easily and completely removing impurities to obtain high quality of aggregates and to prevent lowering of strength thereof. CONSTITUTION: The plant comprises a raw material introduction part(100) for entering regenerated aggregate having less than a constant size dimension; a crusher part(200) having an impact crusher to break the aggregate supplied into the introduction part; a sand separating part(300) to select and separate the crushed aggregates along the size dimension through top/bottom screens; a sand distributer(400) connected to lower portion of the sand separating part to remove suspended materials and fine powders, and moisture of the sand; and a waste water treatment part(500) to form and discharge fine powder cakes through an impurity removal device.
