PURPOSE: A shielding device for shielding cross talk noise is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by using a low-priced raw material instead of a high-priced shielded twist pair wire. CONSTITUTION: A shielding device for shielding cross talk noise includes a metal plate(11) and a polymer plate(12) to intercept the cross talk noise generated from a digital subscriber line. The metal plate(11) is formed with a circular shape having an opening portion. The digital subscriber line is inserted from the outside to the inside of the metal plate(11) in order to be wound around the inside of the metal plate(11). The polymer plate(12) is laminated around the outside of the metal plate(11) in order to maintain or recover a shape of a section of the metal plate(11).
