PURPOSE: A frame of a hermetic compressor is provided to minimize number of components, and to compact the hermetic compressor. CONSTITUTION: A frame(30) includes a main body(31) having a penetrating hole(32) which a crankshaft penetrates in vertical direction; a cylinder block(35) placed on one side of the main body, and having a compression chamber(36) formed therein; a first discharge muffler(40) and a second discharge muffler(40') placed on the one side of the main body to reduce noise and pulsation of working fluid compressed in the compression chamber and discharged; and a connecting channel penetrating the main body or the cylinder block to connect the first discharge muffler and the second discharge muffler so that working fluid is transmitted between the first discharge muffler and the second discharge muffler. The connecting channel is formed to connecting an upper end of one of the first discharge muffler and the second discharge muffler with a lower end of the other of the first discharge muffler and the second discharge muffler corresponding with the upper end of the one of the first discharge muffler and the second discharge muffler.
