PURPOSE: A time-stamp token verification system and a verifying method thereof are provided to verify an user's a time-stamp token without the time-stamp token verification system by using the third reliable organization having the time-stamp token verification system. CONSTITUTION: A time-stamp token verification system includes a time-stamp verification unit(15,16) and a time-stamp confirmation unit(13,14). The time-stamp verification unit(15,16) inspects the effectiveness of a time-stamp token when a time-stamp verification requester(17) requests the time-stamp. The time-stamp verification unit(15,16) receives the authority information from a time-stamp token owner(11) and draws the time-stamp token from a service company when an effective period of the time-stamp token expires. In addition, the time-stamp verification unit(15,16) verifies the time-stamp token and transmits the verified result to the time-stamp verification requester(17). The time-stamp confirmation unit(13,14) includes the time-stamp token and the service history to provide a time-stamp confirmation service, assigns authority for the time-stamp token, and transmits the time-stamp token according to a time-stamp token request.
