PURPOSE: An earphone for performing a multipoint communication operation and an extension operation by using a power source of a cellular phone is provided to perform the multipoint communication operation and the extension operation by using a power supply, a control unit, and a switch unit of the cellular phone to control and switch an user's voice output. CONSTITUTION: An earphone for performing a multipoint communication operation and an extension operation by using a power source of a cellular phone includes a cellular phone, a speaker, a microphone, a power supply, a voice input/output portion, a control portion, a switching portion, and an amplification portion. The cellular phone includes an auxiliary device base which is formed with the control portion and the switching portion. The speaker and the microphone are connected to the auxiliary device base in order to perform the multipoint communication operation and the extension operation.
