SOUND-CONTROL ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE BLIND

PURPOSE: A sound-control announcement system for the blind is provided to announce the information through the speaker by measuring the surrounding noises and amplifying the noises into the sound distinguishable from the surrounding noises so that the blind can understand the information announcement. CONSTITUTION: The sound-control announcement system for the blind includes a microphone allowing relatively high pitched sound announcement; a part of amplification and level detection; a controlling part; a part of sound amplification and sound source; a speaker; a power unit; an antenna; a part of wireless transmitting and receiving amplification; and a part of wireless data detection.
