TELEVISION WITH MIRROR FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A television with a mirror function is provided to use a television as a mirror and watch images in various directions according to mounted positions of a camera in a television having a picture in picture(PIP) function. CONSTITUTION: A tuner(110) selects one of broadcasting signals by selecting a channel. A camera(120) is arranged at a position where a user wants to see a self-shape. A signal selecting unit(200) is controlled by a microcomputer(400) for selecting any one of signals output from the tuner and the camera and outputting the selected signal. A signal processor(300) restores the output signal of the signal selecting unit into audio and video signals for outputting the same to a speaker(360) and a screen(350). A signal divider(310) receives the signal output from the signal selecting unit for dividing the signal into voice data and audio data in the case of the signal output from the tuner, and sorting the signal as video data in the case of the signal output from the camera. A decoder(320) decodes the video data for extracting brightness and color signals. The microcomputer controls the selection of the signal selecting unit by a first control signal inputted from the outside. A data storing unit(500) stores data for setting colors and brightness of the signal output from the signal processor.
