PURPOSE: A heatsink of an electric element is provided to radiate and cool rapidly the electric element by increasing a contact area between the heatsink and the fluid to absorb the heat. CONSTITUTION: A heatsink of an electric element includes a body(10), a wrinkly fin(20), and a cover(30) in order to cool the electric element. A receiving groove(11) of a predetermined shape is formed on the body(10). The wrinkly fin(20) is formed at the receiving groove(11). The wrinkly fin(20) includes a flow path for transferring the fluid. The cover(30) is used for covering an upper portion of the body(10). An inlet(31) and an outlet(32) are formed at one side and the other side of the cover(30). The inlet(31) and the outlet(32) of the cover(30) are used for inputting and outputting the fluid.
