PURPOSE: A noise removing apparatus and method of a voice signal are provided to increase signal-to-noise ratio by maintaining the magnitude of aiming frequency band alone. CONSTITUTION: A noise removing apparatus of a voice signal is provided with a voice processing unit(110) for filtering the voice signal supplied from the outside and amplifying the filtered signal, an ADC(Analog to Digital Converter)(120), and a noise remover(230) for generating a noise removed signal. At this time, the noise remover(230) is used for dividing the signal supplied from the ADC into two signal, carrying out a band pass filtering one signal, carrying out a band rejection filtering the other signal, and adding the two signal with each other in order to generate the noise removed signal. The noise removing apparatus further includes a voice amplifier(240) and a speaker(250).
