PURPOSE: A construction method of a scour preventer is provided to set a scour preventive member to the exact site regardless of the flow rate or the speed of a current and to prevent the loss of dropped materials. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a scour preventer comprises the steps of: moving many scour preventive units(100) to the water-surfaced spot for construction; forming a scour preventive member by coupling the scout preventive units(100) in one to have an empty space; and setting the unified scour preventive member gradually under the water.
