PURPOSE: A device for fixing band hoop of dispenser is provided which prevents the band hoop from running idle and prevents dispenser fixing bolt from releasing. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a central cylinder car(40) formed on rotation plate(37) of dispenser; a hoop fixing part for closely adhering band hoop(39) to the rotation plate(37); and a dispenser fixing bolt(61) clamped to the central cylinder car(40) in the state that the dispenser fixing bolt(61) is inserted into a central part of the hoop fixing part, wherein the hoop fixing part comprises a plural upper shafts on both side surfaces of which a plural shaft guide slits(57) are formed; a lower shaft on both side surfaces of which a plural shaft guide slits are formed correspondingly to the shaft guide slits(57) of the upper shafts, and which is inserted into the upper shaft; a plural shaft springs(56) installed in the lower shaft; and shaft connection pins(58a) inserted into the shaft guide slits(57) of the upper shaft and lower shaft to connect the upper shaft to the lower shaft.
