PURPOSE: A method for combining extruded aluminum frames is provided to tack weld extruded aluminum materials in a U-shaped clip in advance, to improve convenience in welding and reduce the number of assembling processes, and to lighten a vehicle body and cut down cost by removing an existing cast node. CONSTITUTION: A method for combining extruded aluminum frames(10) is composed of steps of forming tack holes(16) to one of extruded aluminum frames contacting with each other to comprises frames of a vehicle body; inserting an end of a U-shaped clip(18) through the through hole into the extruded aluminum frame and tack-welding between extruded aluminum frames mutually contacted; and welding and combining the tack-welded part between extruded aluminum frames. When tips of vertical and horizontal frames(12,14) in the extruded aluminum frames are contacted, an end of the clip is tack-welded to the tack hole and other end is inserted into a hollow hole of the horizontal frame by forming a tack hole horizontally penetrated to the lower end of the vertical frame.
