PURPOSE: A tunnel waterproofing device using hydrophilic rubber is provided to limit a water leakage of a waterproof sheet to the appointed area. CONSTITUTION: The tunnel waterproofing device using hydrophilic rubber prevents an inflow of underground water into a tunnel by placing a waterproof sheet(2) around concrete lining(3), wherein ring-shaped hydrophilic rubber(10) is attached between the waterproof sheet(2) and the concrete lining(3) at regular intervals.
