PURPOSE: A precast structure is provided to construct and carry precast structures easily, to manufacture in a factory easily and to cut down the cost required for a mold. CONSTITUTION: The precast structure(10) is composed of an upper block(12) and a lower block(14), wherein the upper block(12) and the lower block(14) are split into many segments. The split segment, as a unit block which forms each end of the upper, lower blocks(12,14), is composed of a primary segment body(20) and a secondary segment body(22), wherein a masonry projection(24) is formed on each assembly plane of the split segment, each segment engaged with the masonry projection(24) is fastened by a high-tensile bolt to place and assemble using a joint plate, and waterproof materials are used on the bottom and the assembly unit of the segment.
