摘要 PURPOSE: A call processing method for a calling record when an abnormal call is ended in a telephone service system using a network is provided to generate a calling end record by a terminal monitoring function when a call is abnormally ended. CONSTITUTION: If a response with respect to a state monitoring message is not received from a network telephone terminal A(14-1) during call connection between network telephone terminals A and B(14-1,14-2), a call agent(12) requests state information of the network telephone terminal A(14-1) to a terminal and billing information database(15)(201-208). If state information of the network telephone terminal A(14-1) is busy information, the call agent(12) generates calling end time information and stores calling end time information in the terminal and billing information database(15)(209,210). The call agent(12) changes state information of the network telephone terminal A(14-1)(211).
