摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a conductive elastomer composition having a low electric resistance value, also good mechanical properties(a low permanent compression distortion and low hardness) and suitably used for a conductive roller and conductive belt. CONSTITUTION: This conductive elastomer composition containing a polymer composition having a plural number of carbon-carbon double bonds and having >=40 mol % ethylene oxide, an organometallic salt containing fluoro and/or sulfonyl group and an elastomer having carbon-carbon double bond is used for producing the conductive roller 1 or conductive belt.
