PURPOSE: Provided are an absorbent pad having peel strips which are released at once just by a removal action, and a pack for packaging the same, which is easily unpacked and by which peel strips of an absorbent pad packaged therein are released simultaneously with an unpacking action. CONSTITUTION: An absorption pad (300) having a fluid-permeable top surface sheet, a fluid-impermeable bottom sheet, a central portion having an absorbent core, and a wing portion, comprises: a central peel strip(42) having a release coating surface at its bottom surface and an exposed surface at its top surface; and a pair of wing peel strips(38,40) having release coating surfaces at their top surfaces and exposed surfaces at their bottom surfaces, wherein the exposed surfaces of the wing peel strips(38,40) are fixed on the exposed surface of the central peel strip(42) by permanent adhesive portions(44,46,48,50), and the release coating surfaces of the wing peel strips(38,40) are adhered to cloth adhesive portions(26,28). When the central peel strip(42) is released from the bottom sheet, the wind peel strips(38,40) fixed on the central peel strip(42) are simultaneously released from the cloth adhesive portions(26,28).
