PURPOSE: A heating power control system of gas equipment is provided to make an unexperienced person easily cook by automatically adjusting the heating power when liquid in a cooking vessel boils. CONSTITUTION: A heating power control system of gas equipment comprises a vibration frequency sensor(10) sensing the natural vibration frequency produced when liquid in a cooking vessel boils; a comparator(20) comparing a signal given by the sensor with predetermined vibration frequency; a central control processing unit(30) receiving an output signal and performing control when the compared result value of the signal given by the sensor and the predetermined vibration frequency is coincided; and a motor(50) driving a heating power control knob of the gas equipment for a predetermined heating power/time if a control signal of the central control processing unit is applied by a predetermined value of a heating power/time-adjusting switch part(40).
