PURPOSE: A heating and cooling device of a seat for a vehicle is provided to obtain heating and cooling functions with one device, enable reduction of the size and precise temperature control, facilitate mounting, and reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling device of a seat for a vehicle comprises a temperature-sensing unit(12) for measuring the temperature of the surface(13) of the seat and measuring the peripheral temperature of the seat; a heat transmission unit for generating heat and transmitting the heat to a user; and a heat control unit for controlling a Peltier module(8) and a cooling fan(6) according to a predetermined temperature control logic(4). The heat transmission unit comprises a heat conductor(11) transmitting the Peltier module and the generated heat energy to a user; heat sinks(9) for cooling the Peltier module; an air suction port(10) for inflow of air; an air channel(7); and the cooling fan.
