PURPOSE: A meat roasting plate for preventing oil from dropping is provided to prevent smell from being emitted by smoke and to improve the flavor of meat by preventing oil from dropping toward flame. CONSTITUTION: A high circumference protrusion(4) and a grill(5) are formed at the top surface of a roasting plate(1). A plurality of conical protrusions(2) are formed at the top surface of the roasting plate. A flame hole(3) is formed at the top of the conical protrusion.
