PURPOSE: A device for alarming call rejection of a portable terminal is provided to output a call request message to a user when the first call rejection mode is cancelled for a caller number stored in the first call rejection mode, thereby enabling a user to make a call with a caller. CONSTITUTION: A storage(10) stores a message delivered during call rejection. In a call incapable mode by a user, a controller(70) delivers the message stored in the storage(10) to a caller. The storage(10) further stores many caller numbers and messages corresponding to the caller numbers. The controller(70) sets the first call rejection mode by the user, extracts a caller number included in a receiving signal, decides whether the extracted caller number is stored in the storage(10), and delivers a call rejection message to the caller if the extracted caller number is stored. The message delivered to the caller by the controller(70) is a voice message or a text message.
