PURPOSE: A logic address changer of a semiconductor memory is provided to rescue a flash memory chip by changing a plane address inputted to a plane address decoder into a different plane address even though there is an error in the first memory block of a flash memory. CONSTITUTION: According to the logic address changer changing a plane address according to the test result of a semiconductor memory, the first inverter(50) inverts an input signal. The first fuse(54) is connected to an output part of the first inverter and blocks the input signal according to the test result of the memory. The second fuse(56) is connected to an input part of the first inverter and to an output part of the first fuse, and blocks the input signal according to the test result of the memory. The above logic address changer is connected to an input part of the plane address decoder decoding a signal selecting a plane.
