<p>Dyeing and printing natural or synthetic polyamide fibres M2A. In a bath or with a paste containing (a) a non-ionic or anionic surfactant, (b) reactive anionic dye(s), and (c) a compound (I): (where R is an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical whose principal chain contains 8-24 C, which may be interrupted by hetero-atoms, R1=H, or lower alkyl- or phenyl group, both opt. substituted; n=3 to 11, pref. 5; X=inorganic or organic acid anion). The surfactant may be an alkyl-polyglycol ether. Also present may be a basic N-containing substance formed by condensation of an aldehyde, e.g. HMT. The fibre may be silk, hair, or nylon, or is particular wool or mixtures thereof. Compounds (I) are described in Swiss Patent 416625.</p> |
