The vertical step surfaces (7) at each end of the brick (1) are connected by a substantially vertical stop surface (8) extending essentially in the brick length direction. The stop surface in one brick is designed to abut against a corresponding stop surface in an adjacent brick. Each end of the brick is profiled to form at least two steps with vertical surfaces.
