The invention relates to a method of replacing the teeth of the slewing ring of an aerogenerator in service. The inventive method consists in machining a damaged segment (12) of the ring (100), obtaining a replacement section (14), positioning the replacement section (14) on the aforementioned machined segment (12), fixing the replacement section (14) to the machined segment (12) using screws (18) and securing the replacement section (14) by positioning elements at the ends thereof. The invention also relates to a device (10) for performing the aforementioned method, consisting of an anchoring system (20, 22), a horizontal guide system (24), a table (28) with a flywheel (30) and a copying device (34, 36), and a milling/drilling/threading assembly (38) which is provided with a flywheel (32), a motor (40), a transmission (42), a vertical guide system (26) and an actuator head (44) which is equipped with a bit, drill or tap. |
