MANUAL GREASE GUN FOR PREVENTING LEAKAGE OF GREASE AND FACILITATING EXCHANGE AND INSTALLATION OF GREASE CARTRIDGE AND GREASE CARTRIDGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manual grease gun and a grease cartridge are provided to prevent the leakage of grease through a gap between the grease gun and the grease cartridge and allow the separation of the cartridge from the gun without the contamination from the grease. CONSTITUTION: A grease outlet of the cartridge body(1) is formed in a tapered protrusion shape. An installation of the grease gun head(3) is formed in a tapered groove shape. The tapered sealing structure of the cartridge and the gun is maintained with the grease pressure discharging to the outlet by the pressure of a diaphragm(6) and a spring(5) to prevent grease(8) from leaking out of the gun head and the cartridge body. The grease gun and the grease cartridge allow the separation of the grease cartridge from the grease gun without contaminating the cartridge with the grease.
