PURPOSE: A method for confirming looking of an advertisement is provided to append an identifier to an advertisement when the advertisement is playing, before playing, or after playing so as to concentrate user to the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An operation system(120) controls overall operation of a server computer(100). The server computer(100) provides various information and receives the user's request. The server computer(100) includes an advertisement exposing part(150), an advertisement controlling part(160), and a looking confirming part(170). The advertisement exposing part(150) outputs various advertisements through the web page, and plays selected advertisement in a play window at a real time. The advertisement controlling part(160) output an identifier with the advertisement. The looking confirming part(170) requires input of the identifier to the user. A memory device(180) writes an account database(181) and an advertisement database(182).
