PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate, a common electrode substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to prevent flickering or cross talk, and uniformly transmit a common voltage even if a substrate increases in the size. CONSTITUTION: Gate wiring formed on an insulating substrate(110) includes gate lines and gate electrodes connected with the gate lines. Maintenance wiring formed on the insulating substrate includes maintenance electrode lines transmitting common voltage, and a common voltage transmitting part(133) connected with the maintenance electrode lines. A gate insulating film(140) covers the maintenance electrode lines and the gate wiring. A semiconductor layer(150) is formed on the gate insulating film. Data wiring includes data lines(171), source and drain electrodes(175), and data pads(179). A passivation layer(180) covers the semiconductor layer and the data wiring, and includes first contact holes(182,183) exposing the common voltage transmitting part with the gate insulating film. A plurality of substrate spacers(300) are formed at a display area of the passivation film. Conductive patterns(193) are formed on the substrate spacers and are connected with the common voltage transmitting part through the first contact holes. |
