PURPOSE: A chip-sized probe card is provided to maximize the number of signal lines within a constant area by forming vertically a signal transfer path between a probing socket and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) within the probing socket and forming constantly pins of the probing socket. CONSTITUTION: A chip-sized probe card includes a probing socket(5), a tip base(10), a spacer(15), a PCB(20), and a protective cover(30). A plurality of tips(1) are installed in the inside of the probing socket(5). The probing socket(5) is fixed on an upper portion of the tip base(10) by mean of a T-shaped nut. A plurality of pad assemblies(6) are arranged on the tip base(10). The tip base(10) is combined with a loading groove formed on the spacer(15). An opening portion and the loading groove are formed on the spacer(15). A connection line for connecting a pad to an external test system is formed on the PCB(20). The protective cover(30) is formed on a bottom face of the PCB(20) to protect the tip base. The protective cover(30) is combined with an reinforced plate(25) and the spacer(15).
