PURPOSE: A cooling system of reverse osmosis water purifier is provided which instantaneously cools the purified water while purified water is flowing through water pipe so that cold water is consistently produced without an extra cold water tank. CONSTITUTION: In a reverse osmosis water purifier in which raw water is filtered through filter part(15) comprising a plurality of filtering means, and the purified water is cooled by containing purified water produced after filtration into cold water tank so that cold purified water is discharged to the outside of the reverse osmosis water purifier, the cooling system of the reverse osmosis water purifier is characterized in that the purified water directly passes through evaporator(21) after passing through filter part without an extra cold water tank for containing the purified water, and the purified water is instantaneously cooled in the evaporator using evaporation heat of refrigerant so that cold water is discharged to the outside of the cooling system, wherein compressor(22) and condenser(23) are sequentially installed along refrigerant pipe(24) from the evaporator, first branch pipe(29) is branched off from the refrigerant pipe at an entrance side of the evaporator by three way valve(28) so that the first branch pipe is connected to an entrance side of the compressor through the condenser, and the three way valve opens a side of the evaporator while cold water is used and opens a side of the first branch pipe while cold water is not used so that refrigerant is circulated.
