PURPOSE: A heat generating device using rotary force is provided to heat and supply steam regardless of installation space without mounting a combustion chamber and an exhaust system, and to prevent environmental pollution from exhaust gas of combustion by removing the combustion process. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating device comprises a fluid tank(10) comprising a body(11) and a cover(12), and storing fluid; a cylinder(20) attached to the cover and mounted in the body of the fluid tank; a fixing plate(30) mounted in the cylinder; a rotating disk(40) placed in the cylinder and installed in the same axis of the fixing plate; and a rotating shaft(50) integrally combined with the rotating disk and connected to an outer power transmission unit. The rotating disks are faced to each other to generate heat by fluid compression and friction between the rotating disks and the fixing plate. Fluid including heat is discharged through holes(31) from the cylinder, and outer fluid is streamed through a hollow(51) of the rotating shaft to the cylinder by centrifugal force. Temperature of fluid is increased by discharging and flowing fluid repeatedly with turning the rotating disk.
